木工パネルに関する注意事項（ Instructions about Wood panels ）
※ご注文前に必ずお読みください。Please read before ordering

木工パネルにはテープ・釘・画鋲などを使用できます。
釘や画鋲を使用した時、その先端が後ろのブースに飛び出さない様ご配慮ください。
また、パネルの一部をカットしたり加工・変形することは禁止です。
この禁止行為を行った場合はパネル修理代金をお支払いいただく場合があります。 |

You may use tapes, nails and push pins on wood panels.Please make sure that those points won't be distinctive in the booth around.
In addition, cutting, processing or deforming part of the panel is prohibited.
If you do this, You may be required to pay a panel repair fee. |

木工パネルに文字や絵を描く場合は表面（白紙or黒紙の経師面）のみです。裏面（ベニヤ面）に文字や絵を描く事は禁止です。
また、塗料は水性に限ります。油性塗料は使用できませんのでご注意ください。この禁止行為を行った場合はパネル修理代金をお支払いいただく場合があります。
表面に文字や絵を描く場合には、会場床に塗料をこぼさないように、布、紙、ビニールシート等で保護をしてください。展示会場とトラブルが生じた場合、デザインフェスタオフィスおよび弊社ではそのトラブルの責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。 |

Drawing letters or pictures on woodworking panels is available only on its front side (white or black paper). It is not allowed to draw letters and pictures on the reverse side (veneer surface).
In addition, please be careful that paint is limited to use water-based.Oil-based paint can not be used
If you do this, You may be required to pay a panel repair fee.If you draw letters or pictures on the front side of the panel, please protect them with cloth, paper, or plastic sheet etc. so that the paint does not spill on the floor of the venue.
Please note that the Design Festa office and our company can not be held responsible for any problems that occur with the exhibition hall. |

背面型木工パネル1枚の耐荷重は約３Kgです。
パネルに作品を飾る場合は1点集中ではなく、バランスを見ながら装飾してください。 |

The load capacity of one back-type woodworking panel is about 3 kg.
When decorating a work on a panel, do not concentrate on one point, but decorate while looking at the balance. |

木工パネルの申し込み状況により、パネルの表裏を共有させていただく場合があります。 |

As stocks of wood panels are limited, participants may be asked to share back of the one wood panels with other participants. |

他の方の申し込みにより設置されている木工パネルの裏面や、横面の１部を利用したい場合は、必ず木工パネルの申込者に許可を取ってください。
許可を取らないで使用された場合トラブルのもとになる恐れがあります。
また、デザインフェスタオフィスおよび弊社ではそのトラブルの責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。 |
5.
For usage of the back or side of another participant's panel, please arrange for permission directly with them to avoid any issues.
We are not responsible for arranging panel sharing between participants. |

申し込んでいない木工パネルがブースに設置されていた場合は、使用せずにレンタル備品受付カウンターまでご連絡ください。 |

If you find a wood panel which you have not ordered set up in your booth, please do not use it, and contact the rental counter. |

木工パネル以外のレンタル備品に着色および加工をしないでください。
そのレンタル備品を購入実費でお買い上げいただくこととなります。

Other than the wood panels, please do not color or add any artwork to the rental equipments.
Participants will be required to pay the actual cost of the rental products if any color or artwork is added to the rental products.
